About Arha M

As an Assistant Manager at Ola Electric, I am responsible for testing and analyzing battery components and materials using sophisticated instruments such as Powder XRD, Particle Size Distribution, and Particle Strength Tester. I also examine the battery material properties at high temperatures and during various C rate charging and discharging with XRD. With an Integrated MSc in Chemistry from Amrita University, I have developed strong analytical and research skills in the field of chemistry. I have applied these skills in various projects and internships, such as at HP Green R&D Center, where I used NMR, CHNS, Oxygen Elemental Analyzers, FT-IR, UV-Vis, Raman Spectroscopy, and Powder X-ray Diffraction to perform analytical tasks. I have also conducted research on MOFs at IISER Thiruvananthapuram and on PLGA-Rh nanoparticles at IIT Madras, where I synthesized and characterized novel compounds using photochemistry techniques. My goal is to contribute to the development and innovation of sustainable and efficient energy solutions for the future, using my expertise and passion for chemistry and battery technology. I am always eager to learn new skills and methods, and to collaborate with other experts and professionals in the field.
