About Arghya Maity
I have been thoroughly interested in Physics since my high school days, which paved my way to the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata. Being a student of second-year of BS-MS Dual degree here, already I have enriched my knowledge with various courses not only on Physics, but also on Mathematical methods and Computer Sciences which gave me tools to deal with Mathematical aspects of the problems. I\'m always ready to have new experiences, meet new people and learn new things. I find creating value for people and impacting the world through my work gratifying, enjoying challenges that help me grow, trying to find applications to what is taught to me - and these things primarily make me choose research as a career. While continuing my studies, I\'m always actively looking for internships in both research and industrial domains to gain some knowledge out of them and contribute to the projects as much as I can. This search has handed me few internship and summer camp opportunities among others. While I am not working, I love singing and audio mixing-mastering.
