ABOUT GAURI MHATRE
I am a Masters candidate in Urban and Regional Planning at Michigan State University’s School of Planning, Design and Construction. With a strong passion for sustainable planning and design, transportation planning, and quantitative analysis, I\'m excited to bring my expertise and skills to your organization.Before pursuing my Masters degree, I worked as an associate architect at Struct-arch till July 2021, where I gained valuable experience in detail drawings, approving drawings, working drawings, presentations, on-site measurement, and site visits. This allowed me to hone my management and client interaction skills, as well as develop my proficiency in using major design applications.I\'ve also had experience in research and development as a Graduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University, where I assisted professors in various aspects of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and literature reviews. Additionally, at the National Charrette Institute, I gained experience in website content creation and design, managed events and seminars, facilitated focus groups, and collaborated with team members on a Miro board to research and compile data, analyze research findings, and report on them.Overall, I\'m thrilled to have had such a rewarding and fruitful experience in Urban planning and Architecture, and I\'m confident that my experience and education will make me a valuable asset to any organization.
