I’m a strategic Programme and Delivery leader with over 15 years’ experience leading complex, national-scale digital transformation across multidisciplinary teams. I specialise in aligning portfolio delivery to strategy, evolving delivery operating models, and building sustainable capability that enables organisations to deliver meaningful outcomes, not just outputs.At BBC iPlayer, I’ve led large-scale, high-visibility programmes across web, mobile and connected TV platforms, operating in live environments serving 14+ million weekly users and peaking at over 20 million during major events. My work has spanned the full product lifecycle; from launching the first iOS app enabling video downloads, to delivering Live (Simulcast) content, Live Restart & Rewind, UHD/HDR streaming, and most recently a dynamically personalised homepage designed to improve discovery and engagement through data-led ‘for you’ experiences.These initiatives contributed to significant growth from 2 million to over 14 million weekly active users, alongside measurable improvements in delivery efficiency, flow, and predictability.I combine pragmatic Agile practices with strong governance and evidence-based decision making. Rather than imposing frameworks, I assess organisational maturity, introduce proportionate controls, and sequence change responsibly, balancing pace, risk, and stakeholder confidence. My focus is on creating clarity in complex environments, aligning teams around outcomes, and enabling leaders to make informed trade-offs.Beyond delivery, I’m passionate about developing people and strengthening delivery capability. I’ve built talent pipelines, coached senior Delivery Managers, and shaped operating models that embed visibility, flow, feedback and continuous improvement at scale.I’m motivated by work that has real impact whether improving services, strengthening digital platforms, or building delivery cultures that are resilient, accountable, and outcome-focused. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can lead portfolio-level delivery, evolve operating models, and help organisations navigate complexity with confidence.I’m now ready to take the next step in driving large-scale digital transformation, nurturing empowered teams, and continuing to deliver impactful, user-focused outcomes.
