About Amy Reynolds
Are you a small to midsize law firm about to embrace a new practice management platform? As a Senior Training Specialist at CARET. I will help you overcome your anxiety around moving to the cloud and onto CARET Legal. CARET Legal is an end-to-end cloud-based platform that allows you to eliminate disjointed applications and streamline workflows. CARET Legal has all the tools your front and back office need in one place, making your practice more agile, productive, and profitable. As the leader of a team of operations professionals, I have been responsible for onboarding 40-50+ law firms per month. When I joined CARET (formerly Zola Suite), I quickly recognized that “time is money” for my clients. We revamped the training process in short order so that you can spend 50% less time in training modules and emerge just as knowledgeable. This initiative continues as we embark on a new learning management system to distribute educational content to Clients, Partners, and Teammates alike.Through a 15-year legal industry career, I have become an expert in law firm operations and systems. I started as an in-house paralegal and came to understand the anatomy of a law firm on the inside. Later, I worked as an outsourced paralegal and software consultant. I learned how to fast-track solutions. My approach: I STOP and understand your firm\'s needs. I LOOK for the best solutions, implement best practices, LISTEN to your pain points, and become your problem-solving partner. At CARET, I have found an emerging software company that matches this approach perfectly. I would be pleased to speak to any of my Connections about our services. In addition to full-time positions, I proudly serve on several Non-Profit Boards including The Women in Technology Network- NJ Chapter as Chairperson and Board Member for New Hope Village 4 Veterans.
