About Arevik Ohanyan

I’m an education strategist with nearly two decades of experience across quality assurance, policy, and institutional development, from Pre-K to higher education.My work sits at the intersection of education systems, strategy, and innovation. I’ve led large-scale EU-funded and national reform projects in Armenia, managing international consortia of 15+ universities and collaborating with ministries and quality assurance bodies. I’ve also secured competitive funding and supported universities in strengthening quality, governance, and international alignment. I’m pursuing my Executive EdD at Boston College, exploring the intersection of QA and AI to support more adaptive and equitable education systems. More recently, I’ve been working in AI evaluation and RLHF, bringing a quality assurance lens into how intelligent systems are trained and assessed, and training and onboarding new reviewers to conduct high-quality evaluations. I’m also developing an EdTech solution focused on student motivation, behavior, and financial literacy. Now based in the U.S, I’m particularly interested in how technology, especially AI, can improve learning design, student engagement, and decision-making. Always happy to connect and exchange ideas.
