As General Manager at Flickerbox, I manage the day-to-day operations of the agency including resourcing, scheduling, and overall client account management. I am also responsible for all marketing and sales efforts, shepherding prospective and new clients through the discovery and scoping processes. I direct the Creative Services team, which is responsible for all account management, project management and editorial/content strategy for client projects and monthly support. Flickerbox partners with technology leaders like Okta, Instacart, Blue Jeans, Stitch Fix, Gong, Airship, Puppet, and Zuora. Prior to my role as General Manager, I served as our agency\'s Executive Producer, managing and directing corporate web and lead generation projects including web marketing strategy, website development, website optimization and maintenance, lead generation campaigns, product demonstrations, and tradeshow resources. I led digital projects for clients like Marketo, Yahoo, LiveOps, ServiceMax, PayPal, Ariba, New Relic, Oracle, Pure Storage, Zimbra, EMC, Cisco, Intuit, Sumo Logic, and SuccessFactors. Before joining Flickerbox in 2003, I ran a boutique digital project management agency in San Francisco called Kindle Media.

   As General Manager, I orchestrate both the day-to-day operations at Flickerbox, and decision-making and execution on our longer-term business strategies. I\'m responsible for our business development efforts and our supporting marketing and sales processes. I manage our Creative Services team - our seasoned Producers who build our client relationships, direct our creative teams, and keep every project on track, and every client and teammember on task. I\'m an advocate for our clients internally, and often step in to answer questions and resolve any issues to everyone\'s most comfortable outcome. I focus on bringing in great clients for us to work with, supporting our internal processes that support those clients, and keeping everyone happy throughout. Most days, I love the people I work with, I love the creative energy of this place, and I love the variety of the challenges and the outcomes that our client work provides.
