We have amassed a library of over 400 evidence-based, easy-to-understand, and culturally sensitive videos in over 20 languages covering topics such as COVID-19, vaccinations, cancer screenings, and serious illness.Our videos and implementation services support patient autonomy and medical shared decision-making and can help organizations achieve medicine’s Quadruple Aim. We help improve communication by catalyzing patient engagement and activation, strengthening clinician-patient partnerships and communication, increasing concordance of care, and helping to avoid unwanted care and its associated costs.When organizations choose ACP Decisions, they find that our growing video library, technology platform, and implementation services help their clinicians have more patient-centric and effective advance care planning conversations, enhance the patient experience, improve population health, reduce unnecessary costs, and improve the experiences of their clinical staff.
