I bring an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach shaped by roles at Finch (YC S20), where I helped architect the core platform and grow the team from 2 to 25, and at Google and Nest, where I led projects across authentication, developer platforms, and privacy compliance. I’m especially passionate about mentorship—hiring and coaching University of Waterloo interns and helping new engineers translate academic experience into real-world impact.
