ABOUT AREF MOLAEI
I’m a Power Electronics and Hardware Design Engineer with hands-on experience designing, simulating, and validating high-efficiency DC-DC and resonant converters for renewable-energy and industrial applications. My work focuses on high-frequency soft-switching topologies (CLL / LLC), digital control using TI DSPs, and optimization of performance through advanced modeling and hardware testing.Proficient in PSIM, MATLAB / Simulink, and Altium Designer, I have built complete prototypes—from schematic capture and PCB design to gate-driver implementation, magnetic design, and system debugging. I also develop embedded C/C++ firmware for real-time digital control, including MPPT algorithms and closed-loop PI regulation.I’m deeply interested in energy conversion, power-supply design, and hardware reliability. My approach combines analytical design, simulation-driven optimization, and practical lab validation. I enjoy collaborating across mechanical, firmware, and testing teams to bring innovative power systems from concept to reality.
