Throughout more than twenty years of working in the construction and real estate development fields. I have learned plenty and enjoyed different roles in every stage of a building life cycle on operational and strategical levels: architectural designer and planner, new build construction manager, real estate consultant for major acquisitions (CAPEX), project manager for renovations, and senior manager for building maintenance and operations (OPEX), procurement of global real estate and workplace services, and now Corporate Real Estate. This plethora of tasks has endowed me with the ability to see, and stay focused, on the “big picture”, the project’s scope and goal, while appreciating the critical value of details as a key to success. I have the ability and experience to work in fast-paced, complex projects that require multitasking and constant adaptability. I do not only excel in this environment, I thoroughly thrive in it. My experience taught me to work well within a team environment, and to create and lead teams, by setting clear goals and ways to measure progress. Through all of my experiences, I have lived and maintained the belief that honesty, transparency, and morality are key terms for constant professional progress.
