As a Senior Recruiter responsible for finding, screening, and hiring candidates for different Clients across UK and Europe. Handling duties include sourcing candidates, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates. Checking the interview schedules and Scheduling Interviews. • Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies. • Proficient Experience on Sourcing profiles through various channels like Job Portals like Monster, LinkedIn, Social media, Employee Referrals and Internal Database. • Working with Clients with different domains like Finance, Pharma, IT, Non IT • Scheduling candidate\'s interview and walk in drive at various locations and following them up effectively so that they do not back-out. • Schedule interviews, co-coordinate with the shortlisted candidates for next levels of interviews. • Following up with candidates from scheduling interviews and selections to till Joining. • Maintaining Database of all the profiles which submitted and which got selected & Rejected by clients. • Handled the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (Pr-screening resumes, interviewing, scheduling Interview • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates • Foster long-term relationships with candidates • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met • Research new technologies • Create detailed job descriptions • Analyze & understanding the requirements and go for designing the plan for sourcing •Good expertise in utilising MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook. •Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify candidates •Very good command in using Internet as a tool for Resourcing and using various Talent search engines. •Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, presentation skills. •Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
