Product Developer (concept to launch), currently working within sauces, condiments and dips category for own-label for most UK retailers as well as brands ( both UK and international). Apart from having about 5+ years of experience working in the food industry and across NPD and Technical roles in different product categories such as sauces, burgers and non-alcoholic beverages, I have also completed a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.I have gained Level 4 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP qualifications. Together with a passion for the food industry and my current skills and experience, I wish to gain higher knowledge and expertise in the area of food product development.
