I’m a Psychology Postgraduate dedicated to helping individuals enhance their emotional wellbeing, both in their personal lives and professional environments.Currently interning at the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), Srinagar, I work under supervision with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, and emotional dysregulation.My therapeutic approach draws from Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), supported by a foundation in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisational Psychology.
