ABOUT AREE KHODAI
To help and be of service is at the core of everything I have done and plan to do, both personally and professionally. My previous career in finance allowed me to guide clients towards financial wellness. In my current path, teaching yoga, I aim to help people maximize their potential by creating a practice of awareness with a deep connection to self. In addition to the physical components of wellness, I also curate and guide people seeking a mind-body connection through sound baths, breath work, ecstatic dance and body awareness. Founding and maintaining Aree\'s Army since 2011 has enabled me to bring together a diverse group of professionals dedicated to mental, physical and spiritual health and collective wellbeing.
