Hi, this is David, and my history of success is directly related to my experience in facilitating multi-national organizations in accomplishing short/long-term targets through infrastructure architecture and software lifecycle development initiatives. Here are some quick highlights about me and my work- • I have a credible history of leading and overseeing large transformational programs, key account management, and IT support operations.• I directed and mentored diverse talent to design, document, and maintained innovative applications supported by SRE and/or ITIL standards.• I have led numerous operating model initiatives - ITIL based, Agile based and to product centric models. All have required strong attention to culture, training, and leadership to embed successfully.• I have been instrumental in rolling out and executing multimillion projects within agreed timelines and budgetary constraints in line with organizational objectives.• Well-known by higher management for identifying areas of improvement in existing processes and implementing change management strategies to maximize performance and productivity.• I am an articulate communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise IT departments, mentor staff, and structure processes to meet and exceed business goals.• I have led and been instrumental in @ 7 large mergers (Chase/Chemical bank, Chase/Bank One, Chase, JP Morgan, XL/Catlin)- success with these requires quick decision making and being agnostic to the many technical choices that need to be made. My motto is keep things simple, get to a single technology and evolve from there. With XL Catlin, from a standing start, I successfully drove the full integration of WAN, LAN, Voice, email, calendar, print across 40 countries to successfully go live in 4 months without any business impact.• I have technically led the rapid build of a full AWS research environment to support the government Genome sequencing research in 6 months. This included particular focus on a strong security model• I have a significant background with on-premises data centers, storage, and server environment.
