Currently leading CRIPT as an independent technology organization, driving growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue-focused execution following a successful spin-off from MIT.• Provide ongoing executive and technical leadership for CRIPT post-spin-off, guiding the organization through rapid growth, ecosystem expansion, and transition to revenue generation.• Lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, product, and science, fostering a high-performance, mission-driven culture aligned with agile development and innovation.• Drive stakeholder alignment and long-term collaboration across academic institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to ensure broad adoption and sustainability of CRIPT’s platform.• Lead strategic planning, organizational development, and operational oversight—including hiring, budgeting, fundraising, and board engagement.• Define and execute the technology roadmap for CRIPT’s open-source data infrastructure, enabling scalable, interoperable tools for the global polymer and materials science community.• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to transition CRIPT from grant-funded to revenue-generating, positioning the platform for long-term impact and financial viability.• Serve as the primary external spokesperson and thought leader, representing CRIPT at national and international venues to advance open science and data-driven innovation.
