I am leading/managing/handling End User Computing Support team as an IT Lead at across PwC AC India.Coordinating with Client and provide process updates on a daily or weekly basis.Auditing tickets and sharing feedback with our team.Creating knowledge base (KB) articles, ideas and uploading on Service-Now to support our team for resolve and reducing of overall aged tickets.Configure MAC and MDM device for VIP users.Handling VC (Video Conference) support for VIP Users. Using One Identity Active Roles (AD) for Users domain login account check status.Using CYBERARK Privilege Access Security tool for user authentication status checkMaintain SLA for each P1, P2, P3 and P4 tickets which is raised by business users.Resolve VIP customer issues on time.Coordinate with concern team to check Device wipe out status through Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub when employee exit (LWD) from organization.Global Service Desk (GSD) and Remote Desktop Support (RDS) L0/L1 level does not solve a problem/issue of end user, then I will work on it to solve the problem/issue at L3 level at Across PwC AC India. Coordinate with our respective vendor partners (HP, Lenovo and MacBook) for Laptop, Desktops, Printer Machine, hardware parts replacement/change etc.
