The bulk of my experience has been spent as a head trader and manager of FX derivatives groups. My management experience includes building businesses as well as overseeing trading activity. Although I have been primarily responsible for trading revenue, having spent 30 years applying mathematics to markets, I have held key roles in ensuring business support from other departments so I possess strong working knowledge of quantitative development, margin, risk management, prime brokerage, systems and technology, audit and regulatory issues. Now, I am pleased to be a teacher of mathematics at St Albans School.
