Arden Anlian is an executive vice president at Weber Shandwick with nearly 20 years of brand comms + reputation experience in retail, food & beverage and CPG. For the last eight years, she has led McDonald’s, overseeing an outstanding team of 20+ team members driving brand reputation, media relations, multicultural and community programming, influencer relations and crisis management throughout the U.S. She is a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment navigating changing landscapes and priorities. In her role, her team works closely with Southern California McDonald’s Owner/Operators and 650+ restaurants to deliver a continuous stream of brand-building activations that drive meaningful business impact. She also leads the national to local collaboration work that helps guide McDonald’s national programming and execution to ensure local impact throughout the restaurants in the U.S. system. Her strengths include building stakeholder relationships, reputation management, interagency collaboration, and supporting the professional growth of her team. Prior to transitioning to Weber, Arden led this work at Rogers & Cowan PMK. Prior to joining Rogers & Cowan PMK, Arden was a vice president at Ketchum where she served as west coast client director for Frito-Lay overseeing Doritos and Lay\'s brands, including the award-winning Doritos “Crash the Super Bowl” and Lay\'s \"Do Us A Flavor\" campaigns. While at Ketchum, she also worked on the Mattel and Nestle portfolios, leading product launches, partnerships and integrations. Prior to Ketchum, Arden got her start in public affairs in the Washington, D.C, office of H+K Strategies.
