Ardele is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years’ human resources leadership experience in multiple industries including agriculture, food processing, warehousing and distribution, and professional services. Ardele provided support in a broad range of HR areas including: Mergers and Acquisitions and Integrations, Change Management, Strategic Human Resources Planning, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection in smaller family owned organizations as well as larger national corporate environments. Ardele is known to be extremely passionate about all things HR and in the past number of years specialized in employee and leadership development through her senior roles in Learning and Development.
