About Arda Wuyts
I am an award winning Screenwriter and Director studying Film Production at Penn State University. I\'m also pursuing minors in History and Jewish Studies, and a Holocaust & Genocide Studies Certificate. As a half-Belgian, half-Turkish person living in the United States and having experienced life in three different countries, I have a unique background that has impacted my world view. As an artist, I\'ve made it my goal to use this perspective to express myself through various creative projects. Most recently, I wrote and directed \"The Henhouse State,\" a satirical Comedy-Drama short film. It has gone on to receive awards, nominations, and selections at several film festivals.
