GIRO ekibinin baş koçu olarak, tüm takım operasyonlarının stratejik planlaması ve yönetiminden sorumluyum. ABOUT ARDA CANKAYA
Computer Engineering student at Politecnico di Torino with a focus on bridging technical innovation and organizational leadership. My experience lies at the intersection of engineering, operations management, and community building.Currently, I serve as the Head of Operations for the GIRO Technology Community. In this role, I lead a multidisciplinary organization of over 30 members, overseeing the full project lifecycle, including financial planning, strategic partnerships, and the operational execution of our flagship FRC team, Odyssey. My work focuses on transforming technical potential into sustainable community success.On the technical front, I am actively engaged in Generative AI applications. Leading a cross-functional team during the NASA Space Apps Challenge, I directed the development of \"BioSearchX,\" an AI-powered research assistant leveraging Google Vertex AI. This project, which achieved a Global Honorable Mention among participants, reflects my commitment to making complex data accessible through intuitive technology.With a background extending to TEDx organization and STEM mentoring, I am dedicated to driving technology adoption and optimizing workflows to empower teams and achieve tangible results.
