Also schedule and ensure that sites are smooth running and operational- Ensuring all Technicalities are handled with other specialist teams and companies plus fixing manufacturing units- Technology(MDF/ IDFs)- Dematic sites and advanced manufacturing technologies; Site visits-Service now used for all ticketing Chat Email and phone-Scheduling and engaging with external OEM as well as technicians- Ensuring connectivity at the site & also throughout- Connecting teams together & resolving issues on all sites -Fixing all types of issues on a Manufacturing site in regards to Technology- Providing overall technical assistance and Infrastructure operations-Handling channels and Latin America\'s FSO operations -Managing vendor tickets and queries-Understanding issues and queries for Latin America and its facilities-Resolving technical queries on queues and channels, E-mails & Ms Teams
