Since 2015, my career has tracked the evolution of the modern data stack—from on-premise BI (SSIS, Informatica) to cloud-native scale (AWS, BigQuery, Snowflake), through implementing decentralized Data Mesh platforms, and now to the frontier of Generative AI. Currently, as an Engineering Manager at VTS, I lead two squads (Data Platform (5) & AI/ML (3)) spread across PST, EST, and IST, with a clear mandate: treat data as a product to be monetized, not a cost center to be minimized.At VTS, I lead the charge on building our \"Conversational Analytics Platform\" moving beyond the hype to build LLM-backed systems grounded in engineering reality.
