About Shrey Garg
Project Manager with H&M (Hennes & Mauritz), leading the expansion of H&M stores in India. In this role, I have had the privilege of successfully delivering approximately 1.5 lakh square feet of retail space in the last 10 months. My responsibilities have included overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial design phases to final execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and focussing on sustainability.Previously I have worked for One97 Communications / Paytm Group primarily assisting the team with the joint venture development and documentation of their campus development on an IT/ITES land parcel in Noida and the development of their current sq. ft commercial workplace in Noida. I was also associated with Space Matrix, for close to 3 years. Responsible for the role of an Architect and Project Manager, I have managed and delivered more than 0.75 million sq. ft of workplace design and build fit-out projects entirely from the project pitch stage till project closeout. I have also been the youngest asst. manager to be promoted to the role of manager within 1.4 years of my tenure based on my performance.I pursued my post-graduation (first class honors, double gold medallist) in project management from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. My master\'s discipline focussed primarily on financial models, cash flow planning, feasibility assessment (NPV, IRR) and forecasting in construction projects, project planning and scheduling (WBS creation, project schedule preparation and monitoring), project procurement & tendering strategies, risk assessment, and contracts management. I am proficient in data management tools like MS Excel, and Power BI Project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc, and also a quick learner of any required skills. I am based out of New Delhi.
