In addition to the legal functions also managing enterprise risk, and the company secretarial shared services team providing company secretarial services to ANSR’s clients.In my individual capacity serving as the thought partner with the founders and Board, in new deals and joint venture structuring, leading the AI transformation for the legal function, participating in negotiations for multi-million-dollar real estate deals, managing litigations, dispute settlements and new acquisitions.
