At Wedding Asia, which hosts events in India and the Gulf countries, joined with a mandate to get more people to attend our events and make sure we were finding the right kind of visitors. Wedding Asia is known for its luxury wedding shopping exhibitions, magazines, and fashion shows.(M shaped marketer)- For lead generation (both attendees & exhibitors), the business was dependent on the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram) and offline team, I have added six different channels within a span of two months, all while maintaining a robust focus on multichannel advertising- As the website was not properly maintained up to current standards, revamped the website with improved UI/UX, minimised load time and installed a QR ticketing feature for attendees where a ticket gets generated while submitting a lead. This not only drastically improves the data collecting procedure (of attendees) at the time of the exhibition but also reduces the entry time into the exhibition- Studied past strategies for lead generation (B2C/attendees) and optimised the campaigns for improving the lead quality from 20% to 50%- Developed a video that showcases the brand story, what is does. And used it for creating campaigns for B2B (for attracting exhibitor leads) campaigns.
