LM-MM migration/mapping, regionalization activities. • Spearheaded formulation of yearly plans with respect to Volume, pin-code coverage, network planning for North and East Region for IN AMXL.• Supervised launch of 20+ stations for IN AMXL and part of various project teams like bulk order handling, rail launch for IN AMXL.• Handled 17 ART peaks for IN AMXL and performed above bar on performance and quality. • Given Think Big Award for launching Interceptor Program for AMXL Sort Centres which led to savings of INR 3.5MM./year.• Conferred Going Beyond award for Redesigning AMXL National furniture network which led to promise improvement of 2-7 days for different National lanes and an 800% shipment increase.• Successfully launched 3P injection for IN AMXL which led a cost savings of INR28MM per year, GMS benefit of 8MM/year and a speed improvement of 0.2 days for H&B AFC network.• Saved INR 12.5MM and improved speed by 1 day by conceptualizing and designing a network for injection of No-Go ASINs of Small parcel in AMXL.• Facilitated same-day installations for customers, by collaborating with the Value-Added Services (VAS) team covering 1.6K pin codes and catering to 34% of the demand.• Improved speed for 100+ EF nodes by optimizing DOW/pickup frequency, reducing pick SLA.
