Archisman is Head of Go-to-Market at Repello AI, an enterprise AI security startup backed by General Catalyst. As the company\'s founding business hire, he is building scalable GTM frameworks to drive growth from early traction to enterprise scale.He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, where he specialized in Strategy, Technology, and Marketing. During his time at IIMA, he completed a live consulting project developing GenAI strategy for GMR Group.Prior to business school, Archisman worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Deloitte, leading engagements for Fortune 500 clients. He delivered transformational impact through process optimization, service quality management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across complex security initiatives.He earned his B.Tech from Manipal Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Archisman serves on the core team of Pay It Forward, a pro-bono initiative mentoring MBA aspirants.
