   Conducted market research and competitor analysis on EOR insurance and benefits offerings, creating collateral across 80+ countries to enable sales and support teams with a comprehensive view of Multiplier’s benefit offerings- Re-architected member support workflows on Intercom and integrated Intercom\'s Fin AI to launch Mira, Multiplier’s AI-powered chatbot handling ~1,100 monthly conversations, achieving 96.6% answer rate, 53% deflection, 89.3% resolution rate, and 3.7% abandonment rate- Migrated Mira’s AI agent to a cost-effective 3rd-party API, maintaining 92.23% chat completion and saving ₹X lakhs annually in AI usage costs- Took initiative and developed a Slackbot to streamline PRR submissions, automating JIRA ticket creation with mapped metadata for PM prioritization. The bot is now adopted company-wide (~500 users), raising an average of 45 PRRs per month, improving efficiency and decision-making for product planning- Vibe-coded a Slackbot integrated with Zendesk to streamline client support request submissions and automate status notifications, used by Client Experience team members to handle requests monthly- Developed an AlertBot on Slack to identify and tag relevant PMs by product line for Sales team queries in real time, reducing query resolution turnaround time by 80%- Groomed and delivered an automated email notification feature (“Member Chasers”) in our internal operations platform for EOR, COR, and Freelancer members across countries and configurations, saving ~200 operations man-hours monthly compared to legacy Zendesk processes- Performed asset pricing analysis on VAS product line using PCA, and K-means clustering to standardize pricing across geographies and optimize SKUs- Developed a notification system POC by integrating Multiplier’s platform with Slack to flag missed product purchases during member onboarding, enabling tracking of missed revenue opportunities in terms of MRR.(POC later scaled by development team)
