ABOUT ARCHIE TRUMAN
I recently graduated with a First-Class BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Exeter, where my dissertation focused on applying machine learning to large-scale methylation datasets CpG sites,>700 samples). This project revealed novel non-linear epigenetic associations with Alzheimer’s pathology and gave me extensive experience in R, Python, and statistical modelling (including Bayesian approaches, GAMs, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting).I am now seeking Research Assistant roles and PhD programmes in bioinformatics, genomics, and computational neuroscience, where I can apply my skills in data analysis, Bayesian modelling, and bioinformatics pipelines to high-impact research in health and disease.
