Launching his career in the retail industry as an HR & Operations professional, Archie gained invaluable insights into the fashion world and acquired the expertise needed to navigate the business landscape successfully.Notably, Archie is also the Co-founder and CEO of WEAR BRIMS, a highly successful luxury hat company that achieved extraordinary success, surpassing seven figures in revenue during its lifespan. Additionally, he is the founder of Rosetta Capital Group, LLC, a parent company overseeing multiple businesses focused on events, fashion, and empowering small enterprises to reach new heights.Driven by an unwavering passion for entrepreneurship and an unyielding dedication to the fashion industry, Archie constantly evolves, seeking innovative ways to make a positive impact on the world. Seeing a gap in the luxury market, where high-priced products were often devoid of any real value for the customer, Archie decided to disrupt this trend by creating a brand that not only offers high-quality pieces at reasonable prices but also provides resources and tools to empower its customers. By infusing the brand with his mother’s principles, Archie has created a unique space where communication and impact are just as important as the products themselves.We understand that the brain and mindset are integral to personal growth and self-love. We believe that by nurturing and evolving our inner selves, we can become the best versions of ourselves.
