Founder and technical lead of MINML, an AI-native geoscience company using deep learning to de-risk mineral exploration and optimise target selection.I design and build our core geospatial AI platform, which learns from global, multi-modal geoscience data and known deposits to generate high-resolution prospectivity maps, ranked targets, and quantified uncertainty estimates for subsurface resource systems.Key focus areas- Defining technical strategy and architecture for MINML’s exploration AI platform- Building data pipelines to ingest, clean, and fuse diverse exploration datasets- Developing and deploying deep learning models for prospectivity and target ranking- Designing evaluation frameworks (ROC AUC, top-k capture, efficiency vs baseline) to quantify uplift over traditional targeting- Working with industry partners to scope pilot projects and deliver decision-ready outputs into GIS workflows
