I hold many titles within my firm and am personally responsible for CalTek Staffing’s online & web presence, marketing, technical support for the company’s in-house hardware & software needs, writing and reviewing all business contracts, state to state expansion, procuring business licenses and insurances, sourcing selection, in-house hiring & termination, creating company culture, driving sales by training & managing & mentoring business development and talent acquisition personnel as well working both sides of the desk by recruiting high end technical personnel and working with clients on a daily basis.
