Responsibilities - Act as a Liason between students and property management groups, and facilitate communication and understanding between both parties- Engage with prospects through various communication channels, such as calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and understand the preferences and requirements of students looking for properties- Utilize the database to suggest suitable properties based on the preferences and needs of the students, and Provide information and guidance to help prospects make informed decisions- Maintain regular communication with property management groups, and address any queries or concerns raised by students with the property management groups- Work towards closing deals between students and property management groups, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
