Within my role of Operations and Logistics- I work side-by-side with the founder to develop and produce unique masterclasses in sports such as Rugby, Hockey and Cricket where all events are run by current/ex professional players or coaches- I work with our professional coaches to establish availability for masterclasses, 1:1s and event appearances which suits alongside their professional commitments- Operationally, I work alongside the founder to process the signups, payments and communication of approximately 350 parents, sports clubs and players- I have been lucky enough to work alongside top professionals in their sport (such as Cadan Murley, Oscar Beard, Grace Crompton, Tom Lawes & others) to manage and plan sessions & oversee events, allowing them to focus purely on coaching.
