Responsible for managing system integration/vendor and multiple businesses and IT stakeholders within the organization for successful delivery. Managed and successfully launched on-premise Apigee and Hybrid Apigee using Agile methodology. Executive-level reporting leveraging JIRA dashboards and roadmaps. Organized and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums / Standups, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review & Retrospective. Improved team velocity by ensuring the development teams are practicing the Agile principles.
