In my role within the Product Management team at Philips, my main focus is leading offshore teams to deliver software products and solutions across multiple workstreams within the Services organization. This also involves promoting and increasing adoption of the solution, all with the overarching goal of achieving broader business objectives. Some of my key contributions in this aspect are -Spearheading initiatives across global cross functional teams to develop software tools enabling remote services to medical devices, reducing unplanned downtime and device utilization while bundling these tools into customer service offerings- Conceptualizing and launching a web and mobile application for Field Service Engineers across multiple countries, supporting 60 languages, to improve service delivery and assure regulatory compliance leading to decrease in service incidents by 20%-Redesigning the customer services billing and quote generation process by re-building the existing tool to cater to the new business scenario requirements and improve product-market fit in North American markets.
