Committed to build PepsiCo´s transformation strategy – PepsiCo Positive (pep+), building sustainability into the business mission of creating smiles with every sip and every bite. Prior to this role, spearheaded the development of PepsiCo Europe’s strategy to be a Net Zero and a Net Water Positive company and led the packaging sustainability agenda to drive towards reducing, recycling and reinventing beverage and snacks packaging. I was also the Chief Sustainability Officer for PepsiCo, UK & Ireland. Previous experiences include commercial, sales and marketing roles within the consumer goods industry (GSK Consumer, now Haleon; The Bountiful Company, now with Nestle; and category leadership roles in PepsiCo). Early part of career in management consulting, leaving McKinsey in 2012 as an Associate Principal. Passionate about building sustainable business for the future, leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop winning strategies and ensure they are executed through the business.
