Responsible for: Manage full-cycle payroll for 20 to 25 Clients in the Netherlands, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Validate and process variable inputs including bonuses, commissions, absences, and terminations. Prepare and submit monthly wage tax returns (Loonaangifte) in compliance with Dutch tax authorities. Coordinate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll reports and ensure data integrity. If required then coordinate with external providers such as pension funds, insurance companies, and tax authorities. Handle year-end activities including annual income statements (Jaaropgaven) along with year start activities. Stay up-to-date with changes in Dutch employment laws and advise on their payroll implications. Handling clients Pre-Input calls, post-input calls & query related calls Achievements: Got Rewards and Awards for excellent efficiency, quality and productivity. Got new joiners Batches for Training in 13 months. Training gives for two batches. Selected to work on important projects: Query & Quality, Cross Utilization & made PDDs for RPA project.
