I am a Counselling Psychologist practicing independently, working with school students, young adults, and older adults across different settings. My experience includes school-based mental health work, counselling with young adults, and geriatric counselling, which has shaped my understanding of psychological wellbeing across the lifespan.I value sitting with people’s stories in their depth and complexity, and my work is guided by listening closely to lived experiences rather than viewing individuals only through symptoms or labels. I try to practice in ways that are reflective, ethical, and attentive to context, identity, and personal meaning.Outside my clinical work, I am drawn to creative writing and filmmaking, and I see storytelling as a meaningful way to explore inner worlds, social realities, and human connection.
