Also involved in creating structured processes to manage defects right through to resolution. • Experience of leading Test Team. • Expertise in preparing Estimations, test scope, test scenarios, test case design and execution, and test reports • Hands on experience of various test management tool including HP Quality Center, HP ALM and Jira • Good knowledge of Software Testing Process and Defect Tracking Process • Have experience of working with MS SQL Server and Crystal Report • Have very good knowledge of various STLC & SDLC processes • Extensive knowledge of black box testing process such as integration testing, functionality testing, system testing, retesting in case of bug fixes and regression testing and user acceptance testing • Have very good exposure of the Onsite-offsite working model • Good experience of working in Agile teams and setting up new testing processes. • Have short time experience in automation & performance testing. • Developed slideshows and other forms of media to present project progress to the executive team • Have expertise in excel & generated different medical & insurance calculators. • Have experience in handling PMO activities. • Certified in ISTQB
