I\'m excited about the chance to contribute my skills in installation, configuration and troubleshooting to your organization.I earned a Bachelor of Computer Application from the University of Mahatma Gandhi University. To continue learning and improving in the field, I also earned certifications like the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Azure. This credential shows my expertise in IP services, security, automation and programmability. Throughout my career, I\'ve gained practical experience in design, hardware selection and strategic planning. In my current job at Corus Infotech, I led the design and installation of a network system serving over sevaral clientsI find joy in solving network issues, especially if they\'re complex. In my last Network Engineer role at Corus Infotech, I was responsible for solving a particularly troublesome system failure. With perseverance, I was able to find the issue and adjust network settings to solve it. Because of the experience, I developed and documented a process to approach and troubleshoot such issues in a systematic, efficient manner. This process is now used as a training resource for new hires.In addition to my technical abilities and knowledge, I also pride myself on my interpersonal skills and friendly disposition.
