As a Human Resources Manager at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, I oversee the learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management of over 500 employees across multiple branches. I work with the senior management and the business leaders to align the HR strategies and initiatives with the organizational goals and values.I have more than three years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR compliance, operations, and analytics. I started my career as an HR Compliance Executive at Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited, where I ensured the adherence to the labour laws and regulations for various clients. I then joined Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as a Cluster HR, where I handled the end-to-end HR processes for over 200 employees in six stores, including recruitment, induction, payroll, grievance redressal, and exit formalities.I hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Associations Institute of Management, where I gained the theoretical and practical knowledge of the HR functions and best practices. I also developed my skills in public speaking, Microsoft Word, and management through various projects, assignments, and presentations.I am passionate about learning new things, enhancing my competencies, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
