I am the global head of Outreach, the volunteer driven CSR program at Cognizant. I have been leading the program right from its launch in 2007. I have set up the Outreach program in over 22 countries and took its growth to over active volunteers across the globe. Under my leadership and guidance, these volunteers have made an impact to the lives of over underprivileged children and clocked more than volunteering hours making it one of the largest corporate volunteering program in the world. Cognizant’s Outreach program was awarded the “Excellence in Community Impact” by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) India Annual Awards in 2013.
