Visualization dashes are developed in Excel/Tableau- Analyze, validate, and rectify federally reported Medicaid monitoring metrics to ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) technical specifications, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and other regulatory guidance- Running queries and conducting thorough research on members, claims, and providers to pinpoint root causes and enhance data quality- Assist in overseeing federally mandated independent evaluations of key programs such as the Healthy Indiana Plan, Substance Use Disorder waiver, and Serious Mental Illness waiver- Serve as a bridge between OMPP and FSSA Data & Analytics, leveraging knowledge of data systems and Medicaid program specifications to aid decision-making and support various data-related projects.
