I started my carrier in Sept\'2002 with AFL-WIZ, though with Paharpur 3p i am associated since Oct\'2006. As an overview, my job profile is of handling Back-end office related stuffs & co-ordinating between inter & intra departments and with the customers. It’s an ever- changing world out there, but one thing is constant is our GROWTH! And GOAL is yet to achieve:) Specialties: Empathy with effective communication is the number one qualification of a CSR, which i think i do & can rate myself at 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 because everyday we learn something new which we don\'t know. As a reliable employee, i do undertake responsibility even beyond ‘normal hours’, i.e. 9 to 5. And above all i believe in problem solving & try to resolve it from the root so that it should not re-occur.
