Recruitment is basically a very interesting process to increase manpower.I like it and enjoy doing it. basically IT recruitment is a field where we get to know about various skills and sub skills in IT which increases interests. Specialties: Sourcing, end to end recruitment,Pay rolling, client handling, Client Interaction etc. hands on experience as a Human Resource Management consultant with providing productive experience in consulting on sourcing strategies, Human relationship management, resource utilization, and organizational development. Extensively involved in full recruitment life cycle from getting the job requisition from hiring managers to the final selection and on boarding of the candidate. Worked on heads-up & proactive requisitions from Business Unit, understanding the key areas of skills and project environment, drafting the job descriptions and sourcing candidates to the Business for early on boarding of resource. Recruitment & Selection-On-time & within budget, building pipeline for anticipated positions and database management, on-boarding-induction & orientation, timely issuance of Appointment Letters to selected candidates, involvement in contract paper works for background verification etc. An effective, innovative professional with strong communication, analytical, negotiating skills and an attitude to win problems.
