Senior Product Designer with 6+ years of experience building healthcare and financial services products in complex, regulated environments. I enjoy working in fast-moving teams where problems are still being shaped and design plays a meaningful role in product direction.Currently at Navy Federal Credit Union, partnering closely with product and engineering to design member-facing web experiences, internal tools, and shared patterns that keep products consistent and accessible at scale. Previously, I spent several years designing clinical platforms for the VA, working across telehealth workflows and clinician dashboards used by thousands of providers and millions of Veterans.I’m drawn to ambiguous problem spaces and enjoy helping teams frame the right questions, prototype quickly, and ship thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
